CSI Miami- Is an American crime drama. A group of forensic investigators and police officers who solve crimes. They use scientfical equipment to solve there crimes. Also they speak legal and scientific jargon. CSI is shown on channel 5. It is noramlly shown before the watershed as it doesnt contain horrific scenes or rude language. CS is a fast paced crimew drama. It is a restrictive narrative meaning you find out what happened when they do.
Sherlock- Is an English crime drama. Sherlock doesnt use technology to solve the crimes. He uses just his mind. He works with a partner. Sherlock is broadcasted on BBC1 at nine o'clock. It is shown after the watershed due to its adult comedy. Every episode is an hour and a half long. Sherlock is a slow paced crime drama. It also is a restrictive narrative.
NCIS- Is similar to CSI how ever it is to do with the Navy. It is an American crime drama. It contains a group of police officers and forensic scientists who come together to solve crimes involving the US Navy and Marines. It is a fast-paced crime drama and is shown over an hour. It is also broadcasted on channel five.
Luther- Is an English crime drama. Similar to Sherlock, Luther is quite intelligent and seems to be able to work stuff in his head. Luther is part of an invesatigative team. Luther has a restrictive narrative. Instead od being glamorous like CSI, Luther shows the blood and gore. It concentrates on the aftermath of the murder.
Homeland- Is an American crime drama. It is based on a soldier who may be turned while being held captive by Al-Qeada. Homeland is braodcasted at nine on Channel Four. To be able to understand the story, you have to watch all the episodes otherwise youm wont understand. It has a resrtrictive narrative. They also use flashbacks to unravel the truth.
